Returns & Refund Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

Return conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition, without damage or signs of use.
• The return must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Once the returned product has been inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 business days to the original method of payment.
• Returns are not accepted for custom-made products or digital products after download.

Procedure:

Refunds apply only to the product value. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
