Virtual downloadable products (e.g. ebooks, digital files and images) which are delivered electronically immediately after payment is completed.

Physical products (e.g., artwork, miniatures and constructions), which are shipped to the address you provide when placing your order.

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are provided after download.

We currently do not accept cash on delivery or bank transfers.
